Delete site button, bug fixes

Hi there,

Added a Delete Site button to the New UI. You can find the new feature under Settings->General
Bugfix: Fixed an issue with the consent field not working in the payment screen
Added an option to send guest visits to Klaviyo (previously only sending data on the first user login).
